Question

I turned off all Arlo detect sound under smart notifications and I am still getting sound notifications. It is draining our batteries and starting to become annoying. Any recommendations? I have (3) Arlo Pro 2 & (2) Arlo Ultra

Go into the mode and turn it off there also!

@miscarry thanks just checked and their all deactivate. My guess is when we turned it off in smart notifications they automatically are deactivated under mode. I’ll see if we continue to receive the notifications. It has been driving us nuts for two days. Thanks much!

If I do not turn stuff off from Mode - Armed it will continue to record every event and send a notification. I have two cameras that will drive you plum nuts with detecting sound. I have even set them to the lowest detecting settings they will still go off.

I found that with smoke/CO Alarm on it was recording sound when it was just wind

I had the same issue. Arlo has no answer. Everything was disarmed / deactivated in every possible place. Drove me nuts. One day it just went back to normal. ‍♂️
