Question

I updated my app and now I don't get any notifications. Its still recording but not telling me. Setting say notifications are on. I'm Deaf so I like knowing when someone is here. WHAT NOW?

There was something going on. Try deleting the app and reinstall it. Then go back in and see if there's an update. Mines was doing the same thing yesterday. I followed those steps and this morning it's working. Keep us posted on your progress.

Check your phone settings > notifications should be allowed

I also tried all the settings and reloaded the app. It didn't work until this morning it randomly went back to normal

Y'all are awesome. I appreciate the help. I uninstalled the app. All good now. I've only had an issue once and I fixed it taking the battery out for a minute. Wasn't sure what to do this time. THANK YOU

Did update now no notifications

@abert37 yeah. On my phone. I uninstalled it and reinstalled. Once I logged back in everything is working.

Phone settings - - - apps and notifications - - - apps - - - then go to Arlo app and turn the notifications on.
