I’m trying to help my friend but I can’t go to her home anytime soon. She has an Arlo system and it just stopped working. When that happens with my system it usually my IP address has changed and I just have to update it on my app. A little research with Arlo its not on the app I guess it’s on the base. How does she access that? I just want her to check her IP address. I’m guessing that’s probably what happened. I can’t imagine all the cameras would go bad at the same moment. .
