Can someone please tell me if the app if down? When I try to log in I get a time out. Tried it on Two difference phones and the same thing. Thanks

Working here. I know you tried it on multiple phones but did you try deleting the app and reinstalling it? There were some updates to app in the past that you may have not gotten.

I have 4 phones that can be connected at any time by there selves. But there are many times if I get off one then use another it will take several time before it works. They say it's the phones. All 3? They always have a reason and it is always you fault . They never say it's on there end.
