If you use the horizontal cash envelopes that you write on, you have to make new envelopes for each payday right? I know this sounds dumb but I get paid every week, so I am making envelopes for each week, right?

Make envelopes for each category not necessarily each pay check. I have categories that are for a year of saving . like one is for Amazon Prime Membership 2021.

I use an index card or half an index card to write in so i can reuse my envelopes for longer

I use her envelopes for sinking funds. For my cash envelopes I use clear with zipper and a budget sheet

Put a piece of lined paper in the envelope. OR save the envelopes from junk mail.
