@attis4 Sutherland do you know how? Or what type of "help" that is?
by (1.2k points)
@labium they told me once we renew we’ll get a discount
by (2.1k points)
@labium I just called them via their 1-800 number and let them know 2 out 3 drivers (myself and 17 year old) were on the stay at home order (non essential) and were not driving) I told them when that date it began (this was mid April) and I asked them to adjust the difference. then they sent me a savings check based on our policy. I have to call them once our order has been lifted and we start driving again. But I was able to get some money back. Plus geico announced if you renew your policy with them from April to October they will give you 15% off your policy rate.
by (750 points)
@attis4 Sutherland wow thanks so much! I'm going to call today

Travelers is doing this, but credit for April is coming in May, and May's will be in June. If you are month to month, it will reduce your payment due, if you paid in full, they will credit back the method of payment, from what I read.

I'm in South Africa. I'll get 25% refund on my premiums, 14 days after lockdown ends. From 27 March. For every month I think until it's completely over. That's about R130 ($6. 90). every bit helps. ‍♀️ So we'll have to wait a few months before we get it.
