Question

I did it!  Sinking funds envelopes laminated and into a mini happy planner!I did it! Sinking funds envelopes laminated and into a mini happy planner! I've got a bunch of ideas on post-it notes at the front so I can choose categories, but I was also wondering what envelopes you guys put into your wallet versus your sinking funds space?

I'd like to know this as well. I just got a new laminator (just so i could do the front and back cover of the printable version of the bbp workbook) and I'm having too much fun laminating all the things

I learned from Rita yesterday. You make the envelopes, and laminate them, and then you take a zacto knife and cut the slit. I found it was easier to take off the close tab from the Horizontal envelopes, and I folded in the close tab on the vertical ones. Believe me, it's not super good or anything, but they get the job done and it makes me so happy!

Just the outside I'm assuming. The inside isn't laminated. Just for clarification. I need to be able to see it clearly in my mind before I actually try this.

Yes! So, you create the envelope, and then laminate it. And then cut a slit for the money, and the inside isn't laminated. And then figuring out where to punch the envelopes was a bit of a trial and error. But I like that it's not perfect. It's reflective of me!

I needed to hear about the perfection part. Thanks for the reminder that it's okay if its not perfect. The envelopes are what counts.

Is there a certain type of hole punch for the planner?

I got an ARC hole punch from Staples to use with the Happy Planner system, or the ARC system. I like that I can take out and put in pages. I also have this system for the printable Budget by Paycheck book from TBM. I like being able to write flat

The happy planner makes their own hole punch but i don't like it because of the quality. I got mine from staples and works just fine for my HP items. It's for a discbound tyoe planner

When you laminate your envelopes, how do you write on the tracking part? I feel like dry erase marker would wipe off. Just curious.  They look great!
