I’ve got a shark lift away and it’s hands down the best vacuum I’ve ever had. I have 5 cats and it tackles the hairs no problem.

I've got a Vax Power Nano and a shark lift away and I prefer the Vax picks things up off the vinyl flooring but the shark pushes it about. The Vax gets my vote.

I would say Shark. It really is brilliant for picking up everything but it isn't as easy to use as a dyson ball which I had before. I also find the shark is heaver to maneuver than my old dyson but I still would choose my shark over anything any day!

Either a sebo or dyson light ball! I use the dyson for home and the sebo for work! They’re both brilliant!

All those with Shark lift away - does yours fall over? I have bought 2 and they both act drunk!
by (4.5k points)
@hexosan yeah it’s bloody ridiculous, heavy and drunk. But great vacuum
by (3.9k points)
@hexosan nope , that's never happened. Is it the stick sort with flexology you have? I've heard folk say it with those. Think it just depends on the model.
by (1.4k points)
@corson it’s an upright lift away. As soon as I unclip the hose it falls over!

Mine doesn't fall over unless I'm like doing to stairs and stretched it too far x

Miele mine's currently 7 years old and is still like new, apart from a few dog bites. My old miele (which I swapped for a vax , dyson, vax) lasted a good 12+ years before my cousin who's a carpenter killed it.
