I've got a Vax Power Nano and a shark lift away and I prefer the Vax picks things up off the vinyl flooring but the shark pushes it about. The Vax gets my vote.

I would say Shark. It really is brilliant for picking up everything but it isn't as easy to use as a dyson ball which I had before. I also find the shark is heaver to maneuver than my old dyson but I still would choose my shark over anything any day!

nope , that's never happened. Is it the stick sort with flexology you have? I've heard folk say it with those. Think it just depends on the model.
