Cheap biological washing powder and if dry lightly spray with white vinegar and leave over night and then hoover. The powder breaks down the enzymes in the wee :-)

I use a stream cleaner but you can spot clean as well- vinegar and peroxcide i(test color safeness first) and then sprinkle baking soda - when dry vacuum up. It will remove the color and smell to us, but not for animals, so an enzyme cleaner designed for removing urine smell is best to prevent animals from re-soiling. I used to think Nature's Miracle was the best, but I have heard they changed their formula since the last time I used it. I would still try it personally. Good luck!

It will never leave it and the dog will go back to same spot to wee. I would throw it.

I use a carpet cleaner with white vinegar and hot water then spray with pet zoflora diluted. We have a puppy who still has accidents so this is a daily ritual!

Soak up as much liquid as you can. Then spray quite a lot of white vinegar on it or put it on. Then soak up as much as you can again. Then sprinkle on all over with bicarbonate of soda. Leave overnight and then hoover off. Works every time

White vinegar. Once dry sprinkle generously with bicarbonate of soda overnight, hoover up in the morning (the bicarb absorbs smells).

Steam Cleaner upholstery fitting My dog wee’d on my brand new sofa within months I managed to get most of the staining out with products like the above, but the smell albeit faint could still be smelt sometimes. I recently bought a steam mop that is also a handheld (really cheap - £30) This was amazing! It removed what remained of the staining and the smell is gone! ⚠️ Warning - it made the smell worse while I cleaned it - I did a couple of goes on separate days for the really bad bits.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions, I stuck it in the bath with some persil and left it overnight, left it to dry outside for the last 2 days, looks and smells brand new! X
