Does anyone have an online exercise video of program they use to help specifically with mobility and movement? A thousand years ago I did dance and gymnastics and now I can barely sit cross legged on the floor because I am so stiff and tight. I’m not looking to do the splits or high kicks again but I want to be able to move. I’ve looked at the Mobility Method by Jen Esquer but it’s really pricey. I’d prefer something free  or close to it.

Momma Strong! It's not about weight loss, it's about functional strength and movement. $5 a month and I love it so much I feel like I sound a bit crazy when I talk about it.

I’ve started off slowly and have only done the 5 min hacks, so it’s been during nap/school or after bedtime.

@allusion and @atom7 ahhhhh yay! Accountability partners? Eh? It ranges for me, I kind of fit it in all over the place. If James gets up early in the morning I'll do it downstairs with him. If we don't have morning activities before school, I'll let them play in the rec room with me while I do it. Sometimes I'll sneak it in while she's at school and he's napping. I do it most often right after the kids go to bed. Honestly my preference is doing it with the kids around (even though it happens least often) because I like the example that it sets for them. They're both always interested in Baby Wyatt and Ms. Courtney. James is my equipment police and will bring me extra things he thinks I need

@land86 yes please on the accountability! We are still fighting the losing sleep battle over here so it’s going to be hard to motivate myself in the morning or at night. B can play well by himself but H will prob interrupt me. I may have to pull out a special toy just for this.

I could be up for that! @allusion struggling time find motivation at night is one of the reasons I’ve been the most successful with 5 minute hacks. even if it’s at 10 pm I can usually convince myself that I can make it through ‘just 5 minutes’. I don’t even bother thinking about changing into comfortable clothes or ‘preparing’ so it’s really just 5 mins. Prepping to exercise and finding the time/motivation have been huge barriers for me!

@allusion ha, we don't get reliable sleep over here, either. I totally get it. And James does not leave me alone, to be sure. But I do it anyway, win ugly  I don't change, either. I'm often choosing low impact versions rather than changing into a sports bra. Whatever I'm in, whatever time I find, that's when I do it. Sometimes it's half a workout now, half later. It's one of the reasons I love this program, it doesn't make me feel like a failure when it's not perfect

What about gentle yoga videos? It's mainly stretching and easy poses to make you more flexible.
