Is it true I've heard they want to open the Golf Center soon? Way too soon. Especially having youngsters working their exposed to the highest numbers of Covid in this area now.

Starting May 1 golf courses will open for reservations for twosomes only. Putting areas, concessions, etc will stay closed. No golf cart or wheeled golf bag rentals available. Safe social distance rules apply on the courses.

This will never stop if they start opening everything up. really golf courses. give me a break! 60016 highest suburban numbers and lets open the golf center. stupidity at its finest! Nothing surprises me anymore it’s all about money!

@although you can social distance with golf - just limit how many are with you. You can’t social distance at a mall. Yes. It’s time to slowly start opening up and establishing herd immunity. It’d a virus, those things don’t every really “go away. ”

@gambrell I agree . and yes you are right however how many people really social distance. not many even wear a mask and the amount of people we see around our home that are not social distancing is disturbing! All I could say is it’s up to the companies to make sure it happens because otherwise we will be right back to square one!

When are golf courses suppose to open up? I thought the whole point was to flatten the curve. We can't stay locked down and wait until covid cures itself. We need to get on living our lives.
