Is there anyway, strategy or otherwise, you can either pay or get FB to have your posts inside my group reach more of the members?

Create great content your members care about.

@lazulite473 Such a shet cliche.

@brady Perhaps, but it is the truth. If your group lacks good content, engagement will be low and Facebook won’t show it to more people.

One way i've seen is that if you post something which gets a lot of easy interactions (i. e. tag a friend, type 'yes' etc. ) for some free content or a primer for something the subsequent post will reach more organic members of a group

I have 10, 000 members but only about 100 are active posters in the group. I would love for more of them to see my posts.

Ask questions and even tag a few members that are not very active on every post.

That could be time consuming trying to tag 10, 000 people but it's good to know.

If you have 5, 000 friends and 10, 000 FB group members, is it any easier to get your posts to all your friends or is it the same issue for either?
by (1.2k points)
@defence509 Facebook shares every post to a small group and their engagement determines how many more people see it. This goes for personal profiles, FB groups and also affects the cost of ads. Therefore, in order to reach more people you must post content people care about. Bots might work for a little while but isn’t a good long term strategy. Some groups are lucky to have a few members post a lot of great content. If that isn’t the case in your group, you will need to invest time/money.

Most of the people enjoy my content so that's not the issue. It's getting most of the other people who joined to check back. There are so many groups people belong to, they take a break from yours and then they don't get the posts. I had a member write me that he thought I was kicked off because he stopped getting notifications of my posts.

I do believe there is a way but it's probably not commonly known because I know of a guy who went from very small to huge inside of a few months. Obviously whatever he did isn't common knowledge to the public.

@defence509/activity" class="qa-user-link">defence509 check out the latest from @defence509/activity" class="qa-user-link">defence509 J Hunter - he is an engagement and branding master. His content gets a shit ton of reach and engagement, in groups, personal profile and not just in Facebook. I’ll do a DM intro if you’re interested.

Jeff, there is a workaround way via paid to get to your friends with a post, but not all 10k inside group directly. although you could use a hidden video from your page shared over and keep bumped to top over some time. and tag laggers. then becomes a custom audience to later use because the video is rooted on your page, if you get the idea.
