I had been running a CBO campaign with bid cap for a while but it was not spending a lot. So I decided to do another CBO campaign, this time with the lowest cost. Immediately after the lowest cost CBO campaign started running, the spending on the bid cap CBO campaign completely dried up. This happened twice. Are these coincidences? or is this normal?
