What's the most important thing when it comes to scaling an established e-com store with Facebook Ads?  (actually any business)  Answer: It's the structured Customer Journey So many people make it all about: "You've got to play with CBO. " "You've got to play with bidcaps. " "You've got build some tricky Look-Alikes. " All those things are essential, but the most important thing is the ability to actually design and implement a system that will handle ALL incoming traffic and CONVERT it profitably and predictably.  Predictable and Scalable. That's the customer journey. So to scale, you've got to follow **The three magic steps** (that aren't really magic at all ‍♂️ ).  • Stabilize • Optimize • Expand Step number one — is boring. a lot of testing. Step number two — just a job to be done. Step number three. Fun.  Fun because you have a stable retargeting system in place that delivers traffic according to the pre-planned customer journey.  It becomes possible to increase the volume of cold traffic (not only from Facebook), and your evergreen funnel will convert it predictably and the cost per order won't increase.  So it will just multiply your existing results. What happens when an entrepreneur wants to grow without such a system/framework? ‍♂️ The brain is going to skip the "stabilize" step, and it's going to skip the "optimize" step. it wants to go straight to expand. It's like "oh, that worked, let's do something else". . so that is number one surefire way to take a business that has a great potential and turn into a business that makes you totally insane.
