[UNKNOWN FACEBOOK PROBLEM] : Hi everyone ! First time I see this. Everyday my ad spend on my new account is limited to 232, 10 EUR (like 250 USD). Each day for 8 days now. There is no more facebook chat support, support by mail is very difficult to reach anyone. Do you have any solution or the URL of the business chat support if it exists ? Thanks a lot for your help guys

Fb has set a spend limit on your account. It is normal for new accounts. Keep making successful payments and it will increase gradually.

@hesperides had the same problem. My daily ad spend limit was at 45€. It will increase

@hesperides yes they will increase it. Just make your payments. I paid manually. I did not wait until my threshold was reached. if your credit card or whatever payment method you chose make some kind of problems and Facebook is unable to withdraw the ad money, you will have failed payments and Facebook will not increase your daily spend budget, so make sure all your payments are successful.
