Am I the only one who tests 10s of different campaigns to finally hit one successful campaign out of 100? I'm profitable, but having to do 100 tests for a single product seems like a lot.

@flanigan one day he is the king advertiser who knows everything, next day he comes with the dumbest question possible. I have nothing against him, but he needs to tone it down a bit.

Something seems seriously flawed in your strategy. Don't just launch stuff for the sake of launching it. Study the psychology of your audience before spending money on ads.

@brost $20k in profit over what time? My impression is that you fell in love with the product and struggle to let go. We've all been there.

In around 4 months.

@brost It's not that much spread over 4 months. If could have been for many reasons. My 5 cents are: Study more old winners of other people and understand the psychology of why they worked out and then test again based on your learnings. Almost every product I launch is at least profitable if not highly profitable as I said before. Think about what you struggle with in your own life, or what you are interested in. Then look for a good product in that space and use your own experience to resonate with the audience you are part of yourself. You will see way better results than just launching random stuff or falling in love with something because it has given you a bit of profit in the past.

If you understand consumer psychology you can even sell stones (look up the pet stone for example). Good luck

@brost so you’d suggest it worth spending 6 on it to find the right audience? How much did it cost you?

Are you following Gabriel's strategy?
by (340 points)
I'm pretty sure his strategy is to launch a lot of tests. He just doesn't show that part in the videos.

@brost right but testing narrows as you gather data. Are you at super Lookalike level?

I have a 2000 purchase LAA, but it doesn't perform any better than my CBO.

@brost net profit is what counts

@brost we are not trying to demotivate you but sometimes you are a little bit of a smartass. 67k is not enough to tell if it works or not, as @popp86409 said only profit counts.

Change your ads and make them more compelling. Improve your website and everything that can increase your conversion or AOI. If the results are the same, change your product ! Audiences are not everything.

Same thing happens in eSports. Older players HATE seeing younger blood do well!
