Do you have experience? Yes? Then apply to agencies that are hiring for a position that best suits your ability. No? Then learn as much as you can and find someone who is willing to take on a staff member and prove your worth. Use that as the foundation for your experience then apply at agencies

Fastest way to get there is to let you coach by an agency experienced expert, which lets you co-work on real projects. Not the cheapest way, though.
