Is there a potato purée alternative anyone uses to make these? Herb and Garlic Potato Rolls 1 pack of Ideal Protein Potato Puree 6 tbsp 100% Egg Beater Egg Whites or 2 egg whites ½ tsp baking powder ⅛ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp fresh rosemary or dash of dried rosemary ¼ tsp garlic Olive oil spray Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Whip egg whites until bubbly - not stiff. 3. Mix all other ingredients in with the whipped egg whites. 4. Spray 5 muffin tin slots with olive oil spray and pour mixture about ½ of the way full. 5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

I think I've made this. if it's the recipe I made I sprinkled a little bit of salt on the tops. it was amazing!

@apollonian I used the potato packet. I made them for Thanksgiving. so I don't remember much other than sprinkling with my coarse Celtic salt.

You probably could use the quest multi purpose flour

@apollonian - I did a search for "Potato Puree Substitute" and found this post from one of the admins: "POTATO PUREE PACKET REPLACEMENT Dixie Diner Instant Masher (Nashua/Amazon) could be used. It is low in protein so you need to double the serving size which does make it restricted. IP potato packet is 1. 1 oz/30 g. A double serving of Mashers is 42 g. If using it in an IP recipe, use the 30 g and then use the remaining 12 g to make the rest as mashed potatoes for a side dish since you need to eat the entire serving. "

Anyone know the equivalent measurement of the Dixie mashers for this recipe? My scale is packed to move.
