I took a leap and bought Quest Vanilla milkshake powder. I ordered it on line as the closest community I might have been able to buy it is a 3 hour drive one way. Didnt realize how big a tub held 3 pounds of powder. I have never bought any powder before. Ummm. help  any one have some favorite recipes they would like to share? Thank you

Blended over a cup of ice and water to make almost like a whipped ice cream in your blender it’s tricky to get consistency right but amazing when you do!

@baskerville thank you. Do you think i could add some spinach to get a veggie in?
by (1.2k points)
@chug10 I think it might change the taste but I mix cooked rhubarb in with the vanilla An it’s good

Blend with water, ice and a cup of spinach. You can add any Walden Farms products or Mio water enhancers to change the flavor. The orange makes it a dream sickle!

@oldfangled52483 thank you. I have Mio in the cupboard. I have only used a small squirt in water. This would be yummy with my black cherry flavour.

Make muffins. Use extracts for different flavors

@sultan25 thank you. I will search for muffin recipes. Do they have to be eaten the day they are made or do you think they can last a couple days.
by (370 points)
If you keep them in the fridge they should last a few days. I just made some last weekend end and they lasted on the counter about 5 days then started to go moldy. If you "nuked" them for a few seconds after you took them out of the fridge, which I haven't tried with these type of muffins yet, they might be pretty good.

@sultan25 if you have a muffin recipe, please share.

I don't nuke mine - but put the convection/toaster oven on and let them lightly warm up - that way they are still "crusty" on thee outside and warm inside. Be sure to add zucchini to the muffins for moisture or else you will be gagging from them being too dry!

Use it as a packet, one scoop, in the blender with ice cubes and water. About 80z of water, half a cup of ice. I drink it every morning. You can add Skinny Syrups to the drink to change the flavors. I love love it!

@copyreader haha i read it wrong. Three times i read it wrong. I read 80 and Was thinking eighty ounces is a heck of a lot of water for one scoop and half a cup of ice. And i can just get in two liters a day of water. Oh man. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Much appreciated.

I put it in a blender with 1 cup of spinach, a dash of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract.
