In Phase 2, for some of my lunches, is it OK if I have a packet with 4oz of protein instead of a full 8oz of protein without a packet? I have so many packets that I need to use up, so I was wondering if this could be an option? I'm also not a big meat eater, so I'm finding it to be quite a lot in one day for me--I do eat eggs, poultry and fish, but off-diet, I would never eat this amount of animal protein in a day (16oz) and would turn to plant-based options (except for soy products like tofu, as I'm soy-intolerant) for my protein source.
