Thank you all for posting about Nashua nutrition i can’t get my ideal protein bc of the current situation going on but need an alternative because I’ve been on phase one and have been going steady and seeing great results. If we follow the unrestricted and restricted on the Nashua site is it just like IP? Just want to make sure I’m still following guidelines

Yes, but to be safe, you should always check the products against the guidelines. They have been known to occasionally have inaccurate info.

@rhinitis8810 we don’t advocate for the calculators. They have no way to discern protein source or to tell you if you can eat less of something or more of something to make it fit. Again, the guidelines are your absolute best source.

If you haven’t yet, read through the announcement post and make sure you have a copy of the guidelines for choosing a packet.
