Made the cauliflower rice pizza crust today and I gotta say, it definitely tasted a lot better than what I thought it would! Quick question to those who have made it before. Mine was pretty flimsy and wouldn’t really hold it. Any tips on how to make it more crispy so I can hold it?

Honestly, you need mozzarella cheese to get a better consistency, something to consider during maintenance.

Squeeze and squeeze and squeeze as much water as possible. I usually squeeze about 6-7 min

I can't wait to try this crust I am going to try blending in a bag of quest chips. Pizza is one of the hardest things to not think about. I sure hope this fills that void. What is everyone topping it with since we can't have cheese or tomato sauce?

@militant8 you can have tomato sauce so long as it’s without non-protocol ingredients. I made my own almost from day 1.

@militant8 I make my own sauce, no sugar added and topped with veggies

@frameup @corrincorrina what recipe do you use for the sauce you make?

@mev250 I saute garlic, celery and quartered tomatoes with a bit of olive oil. Season with salt, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, pepper. When they are soft I blend it all and then back in the pot for a bit depending on how thick or watery I add stock.

@mev250 I don’t use one. Big can of tomatoes, spices of my choosing, done.
