I just started the program up again w 4 packets before transitioning to 3/day. I looked back at my food diary and when I remove the 4th packet I’m below 700 calories/day. What calorie limit should we stay at or above? Will audit food diary too

It's not about calories. I've never looked at calories, just followed the program as in the unit reading. Did you read the units?

We aren’t counting calories; but, you are correct that it is a low calorie diet.

Normally, it will fall between 650-950 depending on your packet and protein choices, but you don’t need to track it.

I track it too. With my current phase 1 choices I stay between 650 and 780. I found when I didnt track I was up near 1000 and on the worst day with quest chips, oatmega bar, and red meat I tipped 1000. Keeping track of the choices I make to fit protocol def helps me but I am also a data junky. I need to see numbers it helps me know I am following 100% and it is working
