Question: are 3 proti diet products equivalent to 3 Ideal Protein products?

As long as any packet of any brand name fits the IPA nutrition guidelines then they may be used as a packet instead of the IPA brand. Be SURE to read through the Announcement Post which details using non IP brand packets and much more. It is always at the top of the page. It is REQUIRED READING for all new members. This is the BEST PLACE TO START. It goes step-by-step through the important info and prevents you from "wandering aimlessly" through the files! It depends on the product you need to look at the label and see if it meets protocol. Look in the files for how to do that. Some web sites, to order from, also have a calculator that will tell you if it meets protocol.
