LAMBSQUARTERS?  I searched but didnt find it mentioned.LAMBSQUARTERS? I searched but didnt find it mentioned. As lambsquarters is a weed and not cultivated it's not obviously part of the sheet. I have a coworker who has been giving me fresh veggies from his garden. He has given me lamsquarters and says its alot like spiniach and used in salads or cooked. Those of you who know what it is and may have had it, can you tell me if it's ok to have on IP? Googled it and I think it's ok, but just want to make sure.

The nutrition “seems” ok but I could only find it self-entered by people into websites/apps.

@footrope Thank you. I did find this. Not sure on calories but I'm gonna guess its along the lines of spiniach. I'm going to try cause I'm really curious what it tastes like.

@roswald73 I am not seeing any nutrition info on that site, but a couple places with public entries seemed to be about 4-5 net carbs per cup.
