I have my second week weigh in tomorrow - I got my monthly friend ( my period ) on Thursday night and I have stuck to the paper but I feel like I’m holding water and bloat weight does anyone have any tips on what to do to feel some relief During their cycle? ( I suffer from bad endometriosis so everything is x10 worse on my cycle. I just don’t want to be disappointed tomorrow and be set back
