How much are those with similar stats losing a week and what are your 3 main IP packets? I started at 245 on January 20, 2020 and now down to 198. I’m 5’5” and hoping to eventually get down to between 145 and 150. Without the coaching at the moment I just wanted to see some comparisons. I know we are all different etc etc but just need some frames of reference. Thanks

I started 1/6 and have lost 48 total pound. Since the quarantine I’ve made a goal to walk a minimum of 10, 000 steps a day. It has helped. I drink the choc drink for breakfast, a bag of the chips with salsa and some raw veggies for lunch. 6 oz protein and veggies for dinner. I have a bar for snack. Drink all my water and some. I have 10 pounds to go.

Average losses are 2-3 pounds per week/10 per month. Those with more to lose may initially see higher losses for a few weeks or more, then will settle closer to the averages. When 10-15 pounds left, losses slow further.

I started in Nov 2019 at 243, I’m at 170lbs, 5’5. GW 145. I have oatmeal or pancake for breakfast. Lunch is 2 c veg and zippers, shake or dornados. Snack is wafers, bar or brownie. I usually lose 2-3lbs per week. Hope that helps, feel free to PM me if you wanna connect! Good luck, eat the sheet, it works!

Started at 209 around mid-Jan , am now 173. I try to stick to below 800 calories when I’m not exercising because I work from home and don’t get a lot of activity / and I try to keep my total carbs below 45. I notice my losses slow when I don’t.

@ziagos does the 800 calories include your packets and regular food and does the 45 carbs include your packets and greens etc?

@ziagos I was told not to exercise on phase one. Hmm.

@instrumentality6957 the 45 includes everything. Lucy - not at first. I do weight training to build muscle and walking. Many people do. You need to eat another packet (I do pina colada drinks) and take BCAAs

Started 1/6 at 249 down to 200 - the hardest part right now is waiting for my yummy IP food to arrive - I’m eating my “hate this IP food choice basket. ”

3 months almost 50 lbs - I think you need to be coaching! Awesome!

@raleigh Lol - I just have a lot to lose. The weight tends to come off quicker when one is heavier and slows as one nears one’s goal weight.

I started on Labor Day. My weight was385 lb and believe it or not I had actually lost 25 pounds since June. I’m at 323 pounds now and eventually want to get to160lb. Oh I’m 5ft 3inch. It’s really hard for me at the moment. Doing a remodel in our home so no kitchen plus no weigh in or coaching. It’s like no accountability for me. Fortunately, my husband is also on the plan.

Oh I forgot to add my favorite is the strawberry wafers, garlic herb chip, chocolate soy puffs, cranberry Bar, chocolate raspberry bar. That’s it so far. I try to get one ready made drink and three other options.
