I usually have trouble having a regular bowel movement while eating IP - I think it’s all the soy. So I take a mild laxative about a day prior to weigh in so flush my system. That’s all I do differently. Not sure it makes a difference, but it makes me feel better for sure.

@zena57 do the smooth move tea . It’s easy and you will have a bowel movement almost daily .

@fulcrum54 Yes, you can find it at most stores with the other teas. Tradition Medicines is the brand. I have also bought it from Amazon.

I don't eat steak 3 days prior to weigh in. I usually eat it the day after I weigh in.

Most nights I try to be done with all food between six and seven pm. I don’t eat much differently the day before but I do eat any extra protein on the weekends and not Mon-Wed. I weigh on Thursday.

I weigh in in the mornings. 9:00 a. m. is my ideal time. I try to only have a cup of coffee and then have my IP ready in the car for when I'm done weighing in.

Dont change anything, keep your day as you would every other day, otherwise your just cheating yourself!

If I have a weight in before 10 I don't eat but I drink water. I normally eat each meal later through the day so this is normal for me. If I have a weight in later in the day I eat and drink as normal.
