I restarted May 4th but I’m currently doing it on my own - no coach because I had quite the pantry built up when I stopped in the fall for medical and financial reasons. When I started last year I was losing more weekly (8lbs week one). As of today I’ve lost 6 lbs, which is almost 2 weeks in. I know - that’s still 3 lbs a week and that’s great. But I’m curious. Am I not losing as much as fast because I’m not as heavier as I was then? Or is it because I am exercising? My coach wasn’t a fan of exercising but I LIKE it now. I went on a 12 mile bike ride this morning and it was amazing! I also walk at least 1 mile a day. I definitely break a sweat when I walk (because sometimes I run a minute a few times) and I definitely sweat when I ride because I’m out of shape  To the coaches out there. an I sabotaging myself by exercising? I feel like diet and exercise go hand in hand and I’d like to do both. I will get back to see my coach eventually, I have probably 2 more weeks of food left. I’m taking supplements and drinking bcaa every day, water enhancers occasionally.

Coach here! You are right on both counts why you aren’t loosing as quickly as before, although your results so far are still awesome! Weight loss is relative - you lose quicker the more you have to lose And exercise does affect weight loss. We say “conversational aerobics (no loss of breath) and no muscle tearing (going for the burn when weight lifting)”. Without the glycogen and glycogen (carbs and sugars) plus the lower calories you are actually forcing your body to store weight to fuel your activity. Be active but monitor your output. Hope that helps!

Thanks!. Will I continue to lose if I continue to exercise? Walking I don’t have loss of breath unless u run those few minutes, riding bike I definitely have loss of breath.

@nogging you will if you stay within the above parameters

I did this plan Before and the first time around my results were faster. I think the second time around your body shreds the fat slower. The first time I worked as a server for 10 hours a day and this time in quarantine I’m not working. I started to walk at a slow pace and when I was doing 7 miles a day I wasn’t losing as fast as when I was doing 5. 5 miles. You have to listen to your body and may be doing too much. If u want to continue you could always do the alternative plan for athletes and diabetics

Do follow the sheet and respect quantities? drink water and take your veggies? because my weight loss is not slower. the same even better as I follow the sheet to the letter

Yes, I follow the sheet exactly, other than exercising. I had 95 to lose the last time I did the program, about 50 to lose now.
