So, I started on Friday May 8th and I have lost 8. 5lbs. Not even two weeks. Is this possible? I am 5'3". Start weight 206. 5lbs. Today: 198lbs. Four of those lbs came off in the last 2 days. Am I losing muscle or is that actual weight?

Don’t overthink it. Just stick to protocol. I lost 200, in a year.

I started Mar 18. As of last Thursday I have lost 20. 2. Was 172. 4, now 152. 2.

Yeah this is the only diet I've ever done where I don't HAVE to exercise so much! Waiting for my knee surgery & Loosen weight!

It's possible. The closer you get to your ideal BMI you will lose 2-3 per week. This plan is amazing if you follow it. Keep up the good work.

That early on, you are probably losing a lot of water weight. Body tends to hold it for different reasons. Too much salt intake, not drinking enough water so your body holds on to it, etc.

The first week is pretty surprising! To be honest, I thought something's wrong with my scale. But scales don't lie, I'm using 2!  and clothes will start to fit looser soon, you'll feel it. I can't say it's too good to be true because we work hard for it

My IP Daily Journal sets on my table all day. Then I follow it. Once it's filled I'm done for the day! If I'm still hungry I fill up on caffeine or decaffeinated coffee with a little cream and sweetner.
