I’m on day 27 of my restart and I’ve lost 10lbs. It’s been really slow this time around. First time I lose 10 lbs in the first week. Anyone else have a slower weight loss the second time around?

No, lost 10lbs my 1st week. do you follow the sheet? drink water ?

Speak to your coach, we found out I cannot jave too much tomatoes and gum strops the weight loss in my case

Yes. Mine has been much slower this time as the plateaus near 15/20 have been loooonnnggggg.

@pinnule I just restarted in the 18 so 7 days ago this is my second time around I did the program in 2017 then fir the last 9 months I would start and only get though 3 days then if the rails again. But thank god I made it past my first week and I’m sticking to it  I lost 8lbs in 1 week

@heywood ive been horrible after losing 10 pounds on a restart. I'm 77 pounds away from my goal where I was 25 pounds back in 2018

@pinnule I 10lbs from my goal in 2017 went in a vacation and didn’t phase off so instead of losing the last 10 I gained back 40 of what I lost. I have been trying to reset every Monday lol couldn’t get past the first 3 days. But thank god I struck with it this week and I’m past the first 7 days now and it is easier once I got though the fist 5 days.

I just finished 3 weeks and have only lost 3 pounds . This is my 2nd time around . So slow

I am same — but no other diet would do for me. I’m trying more fish and all fresh veggies and hoping to kick into gear like first time. But definitely slower this time around

This sounds good. 10 lbs in 1st week simply meant you had a bunch of fluid build-up. 10+ Ibs in a month is good. And, you should lose more in months 2 and 3 as you get back to being fat adapted. The result so far does not mean you are losing slower - need more time/data to draw that conclusion.
