Look at it as training for when you've reached your personal goal, and how you'll maintain it. Because during the rest of your life, you will have an indulgent meal (or day), *here and there* after IP with celebrations and occasions. The goal: have your meal/or day, and just jump back into better, healthy choices until the next occasion. Rinse and Repeat. So, see today as a dry run lol Jump right back in. It takes some will power to not turn it into a snowball situation, but it's worth it. You'll feel strong and proud of yourself that you set a limit and stuck to it.
