Question

Is there a Keto substitute for cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup? So many recipes I like call for a can of cream soup. Thx

I use butter, heavy whipping cream, keto broth, pink salt and mushrooms for cream of mushroom soup. For cream of chicken, I do same except add chicken, a small handful of shredded carrots and chopped celery instead of mushrooms. They are delicious.

@scipio75 I do the same if you look on Pinterest you can make anything, find a sub for canned.

Couldn’t you use Philadelphia cement cheese or sour crepe or heavy cream?
