Question

Anyone have any issues with picking up Walmart grocery? I got the email my order was ready and my bf went to go pick it up. Waited an hour and a half and still didn't get it! He called and they said they were under staffed then stopped answering. He had to leave so he can get back to work and I still cant get ahold of them!

I picked up from Oswego Walmart yesterday with no problems.

@composer I've never had any issues before. But you'd think they'd tell you to come at a later time if they're so behind!

@ornithopter that’s weird! My ap hasn’t worked for the Montgomery store yesterday or the other week so I had to call in. Each wait was 45 minutes. I didn’t have anywhere to be so it was ok. Maybe call the manager of the whole store

Picked up at Montgomery yesterday, only waited 10 mins. They are swamped with orders, everyone just needs to be a bit patient.

They were super busy today. I waited about an hour once I got there (around 1:00pm). I saw a few people leave while I was waiting.

@gobetween6193 my boyfriend was there from 12-1:30 & never got our groceries. And I'm still trying to call and they won't answer

My husband went today to pick up our groceries and he waited for about 45 minutes. He said it was only about 1-2 people running groceries out.

My app had trouble the other day with me trying to click to check in (had an e-mail saying my order was ready, but no check-in button on the app? ), but the Oswego location at the time was very busy and someone stopped at the car to check me in anyway. Although they were swamped getting stuff out and it still took some time, just not over 30 minutes. They were super polite and apologetic too.

The longest I’ve waited is like 15 minutes. I’ve only picked up once since the pandemic. and that was about 15 minutes. I did notice that sometimes the app is messed up. I just call if I feel there is an issue. I have a pick up for Friday. maybe I should cancel  they don’t have half the stuff I need anyways. Sorry you guys had to wait n never got your order.

@mendelssohn Costello finally got it. We ended up getting $10 off for the inconvenience. Apparently something in their system wasn't working for pick up today

@ornithopter this happened to me and my husband before all the COVID stuff started. Their system glitches way too often. It drives me crazy

They had my order and knew I was there they just were super behind. I didn't get my order until 7pm and ended up having to go in the store for them
