We did for our anniversary a couple weeks ago. It was very good. They had us text when we got there. Verified they had the right folks and brought it out. I was worried about my steak being cold when i got hone but it wasnt and was cooked perfectly. Little pricey but was a special occasion.

@orpington2969 I do love their food but I think they too many orders that they could handle. My order was supposed to be done at 6 and my son is still waiting. I told him to just leave.

@curd58 i would too. We didn’t have trouble but it wasn’t today. It was a Monday night so was probably slower.

We had a pick up time of 530, when my husband got there, they had just started the 445 orders. got our order around 640. it was still good though

We drove by there about 30 minutes ago, the line was insane, same for Chili’s, and Portillo’s line was wrapped out of the lot, up Douglas, and all the way up to 34.

Our food was not behind on the pick up time but the quality was terrible. We ordered a couple steaks medium well and two out of the four steaks were RARE, we were unable to cut thru it. The salads were awful as well. wasn’t too happy about it

My husband is there now. It’s bad. He’s been waiting for an hour and now they’re saying it’s going to be another hour. He said there’s about 20 angry customers formed a group at the front doors.

My husband waited an hour an a half for our food, he was patient with them. When we finally got our food it was hot and delicious so we weren’t mad about it at all. we don’t have anywhere else to be

Ordered for for 5:30 and got it at 6:40ish. Everything was good- bread, steak, chicken, sides and the salad was soooo good. My fries were the only thing that were a little dry/soggy. But they also gave us a free appetizer/dessert coupon, too.

We did. Placed the order a week ago for 6:00 pickup. We got our food at 7:45. The food was pretty good once we did finally get it. The staff did a great job trying to keep people happy (which was hard cuz everyone was screaming). At one point it got so bad the cops had to be called because one of the customers told an employee he was going to shoot him and hit the poor guy with his car.

We placed an order around 6:30 and it said 1hr wait only for it to be cancelled at 7:30 with no information on why etc and an email saying we would get an additional $10 credit to use on door dash  we were all super hungry and disappointed to say the least. Thankfully I cook for the week in general so I just warmed up left overs but I really wanted ribs

We ordered from domo 77 at 445pm they said pick up would be 630pm we didn't get our food until almost 8pm. I was very patient but there were tons of people waiting everyone was very upset. The restaurant couldn't find anyone's orders. Some people's orders never got put in the system properly so they didn't even have an order. It was mass chaos. I understand to have patience during this unprecedented time too but man it was craziness!

Did Olive Garden the day before Mother’s Day as suggested on website. It was perfect, organized and quick. I didn’t want to be frustrated and wait for food.

I heard there was a man that got so upset he hit one of the curbside servers with his car! Mother's day is the busiest out to eat day of the year. Add Covid-19 to that and of course it's going to be crazy. But having to have the police called? WTF is wrong with some people.

I'm just thinking. when you're sitting in the restaurant food doesn't come instantly, so I would guess you would have to wait for awhile; now that the dining area is the parking lot, so I would expect to have to wait. but IDK‍♀️

I ordered Saturday and it was terrible. Scheduled pick up for 445. Picked up at 445 on the dot. We live 5 min away, by the time I got home. everything was very cold. all the steak was raw. (We asked for medium well). I couldn’t even eat it. I looked at the receipt after they printed it and it was printed at 411. We ordered around 2. So I’m not sure if that’s how long the food was ready for but I know the food was ready way earlier than we picked up. Also. since moving into the area we have gone there at least 4x. dine in. carry out ect and every time except one was awful. I never had that kind of experience at Bolingbrook or the one I used to go to in the city.
