What kinda rates have you guys refinanced a 30 year fixed to lately? I have excellent credit and am getting quoted 3. 3% with no points.

That's about right in line. and if you're at 4. 5% or above, you need to RUN to your favorite lender.

I'm about to close on a property locked in at 3. 25, no points as well. My rate was unaffected by this recent rate cut though, or rather I haven't gone back to try and get something lower. I've had this locked in for about 3 weeks now.

Ok everyone I am doing my feb budget and noticing that the second and third week of the month I will be stort of a bill and groceries for the week.but the first and and 4th week I have extra money and the bills can't be moved sooo I was thinking for the paying the 2 small bills that don't fit in second paycheck with paycheck 1 and just pay early (if money is left hubby WILL spend it) and for third week using my credit card to cover groceries and last bill then paying it off on the fourth week?
