Who has a fridge they love and where are the sales at?! Woke up to a dead fridge today ‍♀️

@readily89278 I work at a appliance company and I agree! They break down OFTEN, the parts are expensive and very hard to come by. We actually don’t even work on Samsung fridges, along with a majority of other appliance repair companies. LG is expensive to repair when they break down as well cause they are considered “premium appliances” I would say Whirlpool, Maytag or GE might be your best bet!

@readily89278 it’s a French door with bottom freezer drawer. It has ice maker in the door and bucket in the freezer.

Barton Carroll’s is a scratch and dent store. We’ve found great prices and bought all our appliances from there.

Definitely scratch & dent! We have an LG French door from Sears outlet in Darien. I have no complaints but I do know people have issues with the compressor going bad after a few years. Same with Samsung (this did happen to our second fridge which is Samsung). I like Frigidaire products since they seem to last the longest for us. Whatever you do, skip side by side. they suck.

I love Whirlpool Gold Series refrigerators. Last summer I bought my second one when we changed our appliances to black stainless. Whirlpool makes counter depth refrigerators- which I like. My first Whirlpool fridge was 12 years old and still going strong in my friend’s kitchen. Home Depot does a fantastic sale each summer on appliances.

We have a floor model kitchen aide being delivered from Grands in Naperville! They have great prices and we shopped plus they have rebates too! Check them out!

We just had to buy one bc ours did the same thing. I asked several technicians and they said to stick with Kitchenaid, Whirlpool or GE. We ended up with a GE more just bc of the features. Good luck!
