Lady said for a family of 6 expect to pay around $260 a month for water. That plus monthly garbage, capital charge (? Why do they charge this? ) and sewer im looking at near or over $300 EVERY MONTH!?! Where I moved from I didn't pay near $260 for 3 months worth of water, and garbage was $18 every three months Was she estimating high? Or is this what average os for out here?
