Hi, I changed my WIFI yesterday, I performed the changing wifi process and received confirmation of a strong wifi and internet signal and an RSSI 34 since changing I’ve not received any motion or person detection - this includes me walking right up to the device. Has anyone had this, if so how to you correct it?

Your cameras were connected to your old WiFi username and password.

So it’s like you changed the code to go in without telling your devices. you need to set them up again all off them.

If u changed the ssid and or password you’ve got to change the cameras to connect to it.

You will need to remove cover from doorbell and push small button on side to start setup process again so it can find internet through the setup app.

Sorry to explain more, I did carry out the WIFI change process, pressing the “reset” button underneath the faceplate and signed into the new network and confirmed a strong wifi/internet signal

I had my ISP replace my modem/router twice for reasons unrelated to Ring devices and both times just went into the router settings and changed the default SSID and password to the older SSID and password and all of my 30 various WiFi connected devices connected right up including all the Ring devices. A heck of a lot less work

Even though you don't get notifications, are you still seeing motion recordings?

Well it appears to have fixed itself. After a day away from home and a list of things to try from your suggestions on arriving home it alerted as I drove into my drive way. Thanks for all your suggestions
