Question

Hi Members, I installed a doorbell ring appx 4 months ago, followed wiring instructions. A few weeks ago the device shut down indicating low battery. Is this common with wiring? Is there a video anyone can share how to dismantle? Any insights are appreciated. Thank you.

The ring Pro does not have this problem because the doorbell is wired all the time and use it to power the device. The other model are just using the wires to charge the battery, no good as good.

For some reason I can’t yank it out of the housing. Can someone remind pls?
