Hi Just changed network provider so trying to update my spotlight cam. Its been working fine but now wont go into set up mode. Tried several fully charged batteries and the hard Re set but still can’t get the lights to flash on the bottom. Tried to contact ring support without any luck. Ive even left it over night without batteries in the hope that may help but nothing Any ideas?

I think I answered this in another post, but regardless. 1. Change the SSID and WiFi password on your new router to what the old router used. That may allow the spotlight cam to join without anything else needed. If not, then 2. Fully charge the spotlight cam. 3. Hold the reset button on the spotlight cam for at least 35 seconds to give it a factory reset. 4. Try to add it to the app.

@effluence have you tried setting it up right beside your router, before taking it to the mounting location?

@effluence then I would assume defective. Call Ring.
