Is everyone having problems with the Door Bell Pro? Mine worked for four days then went off line. It will not reset. My flood cam is working just fine. Any ideals?

My pro is working great. Did you try: Remove it from the app and start as new.

Scrap the doorbell cam and switch the front door light to a floodlight cam.

I purchased my Ring Pro doorbell nearly 3 years ago. The Doorbell would go offline every time someone would ring the doorbell and it would come back online well after the person had already left. I called RING support who was able to tell it a defective Ring Pro Doorbell and the only thing that could be done was to replace it. Fortunately I have the Ring Protect Plan and it was replaced free of charge as long as I returned the old doorbell. Set up after that was easy peasy by simply adding a new device.
