I purchased my Ring Pro doorbell nearly 3 years ago. The Doorbell would go offline every time someone would ring the doorbell and it would come back online well after the person had already left. I called RING support who was able to tell it a defective Ring Pro Doorbell and the only thing that could be done was to replace it. Fortunately I have the Ring Protect Plan and it was replaced free of charge as long as I returned the old doorbell. Set up after that was easy peasy by simply adding a new device.
