I just realized my RVDB Pro has not recorded anything but black videos since 2/12.

I just realized my RVDB Pro has not recorded anything but black videos since 2/12. The date, time and length of the video is there but plays a black screen with the Ring logo in the top left. Live View is working and the snapshots in between the recordings are there. All my other Ring doorbells and Spotlight Cam are recording properly. Any ideas? Now that I’ve discovered this I’m wigging out!
