It tells him that if you get an EERO mesh network it can make the RSSI better.

Mine is at -52 , tried adding a WiFi extender, and does nothing to improve it. Do you really need the chime pro?

that's a good question. Cams, doorbell responding quickly, across all devices with or without the chime pro. I'm ranging -14 to -48 and don't lose my connections - thinking I should just remove the chime pro.

It's a healthy number, anything above -60 is considered solid, below -60 may be an issue, potentially unstable.

Isn't it a measure of resistance? The lower number the better?

I'm not too technical but was told this is a measure of signal strength - a Google search returned this definition - RSSI stands for Received Signal Strength Indicator. It is an estimated measure of power level that a RF client device is receiving from an access point or router. At larger distances, the signal gets weaker and the wireless data rates get slower, leading to a lower overall data throughput. So an RSSI of -35 is better than an RSSI of let's say -67.

Hi, I changed my WIFI yesterday, I performed the changing wifi process and received confirmation of a strong wifi and internet signal and an RSSI 34 since changing I’ve not received any motion or person detection - this includes me walking right up to the device.
