Thoughts?  .Thoughts? . My daughter got a Ring Video Doorbell Pro. Noticed the sound on the phone nor doorbell is very legible. The video is fine. Is it . 1-The Android phone Ring App? 2- The Wi-Fi? 3-The Internet? 4-The Ring Video Doorbell? 5-Other?

@sambar check your connections on the doorbell maybe something isn’t tight. Did you try doing a reset on the doorbell ? Sometimes that will correct issues.

@excurvature Yeah, reset a couple of times. Weird thing is, Video is fine. I would think video would require more than audio. ‍♂️

Does she have a Galaxy S10+?

@commie They have S9’s

@sambar ok, I had the same issue with my S10+ but I'm good now with the Note 10+. I used my tablet when I had my S10+ and had no issues. Try using a different phone or PC app to see if you have the same issue on a different device.

@commie Thanks we will try that! Funny that the phone matters.

@sambar yeah, it did in my case.
