Don’t we still get a 10% discount on Ring devices with the protect plan? I put a couple cameras in my cart, signed into my account, but no discount. ♂️

very well could be. I know it applied a year ago at this same time. I picked up my smart lights with stacked discounts. Probably changed it

I think you have to be sure you are signed in first before you even put anything on the cart.

You have to order directly from a sales agent. Then they apply it.

Morning guys, two quick questions - 1 - can you set a ring burglar alarm to only detect motion on sensors downstairs so you can set it when you go to bed, and then when you walk downstairs and trip the alarm is there a countdown timer where you get to input the code before it gets loud ?
