I have an Iphone and my router is on the other corner of the house from my doorbell. I have NEVER had one issue with my doorbell in the 8 months I've had it. I don't understand why so many people have connectivity issues

I use a Galaxy S9+, have never had the audio working adequately from. the phone to the doorbell. Seems about 1 in 3 Galaxy users suffer the same problem with them
