I'm in desperate need of advice. My client's HVAC company's GMB listing was suspended a month ago without reason. 3 of my other client's listings were suspended as well but were easily reinstated within a few days. The day after it was suspended I filled out a reinstatement form, which did nothing. I've called Google 7 times regarding this matter and they have given me the run around. Everytime they tell me that I will hear back from them regarding the issue within 24 to 48 hours. They never responded back. I've always had to call them back. On the 6th call I demanded to talk to a supervisor. He then told me that it was happening because there was a duplicate listing within the email account that is the owner of the GMB. So I checked and there was no duplicate listing. So I called back the 7th time today and told them they were mistaken and they confirmed that there was no duplicate listing and they made a mistake. So take a guess what they told me next. I need to wait another 24 - 48 hours to hear back from them regarding this issue. This is unacceptable. This is really hurting my client's business. He has more than 70 good reviews on Google and had great rankings as well. Google shouldn't have this much control over people's livelyhoods. I don't no what to do. I've tried everything. I've even provided them with my client''s business license and certifications. This client has been with more for 4 years and it's killing me to watch this happen to him and there hasn't been anything I can do about. Can anyone offer some advice please?
