Can you all please post your recommendations for 'Wired' Smart Dimmer Switches that work with regular dumb light bulbs -AND- smart Philips Hue bulbs? Oh, and they need to work with 3-Way/Multiway switch setups. Thank you!

To make that work, I think you’ll need to use TWO switches. One inline (and hidden) that controls the power on the light itself, and the other visible but not actually powering the light. Instead, the visible one will send commands. If you hook up Hue lights, that the visible would be programmed to send hue on/off/color changes. If you hook up dumb lights, it sends on/off/dim to the inline switch.

Do you want it to work with both types of lights on the same switch?

@costotomy453 a since a traditional dimmer drops the voltage, it cannot be used to supply the power to the regular bulbs. You would need to have regular lights wired through the switch and the what lights wired separately. Then comes the hard part, finding a smart dimming switch that will dim traditional lights. You would then have to probably write your own code in your hub to use the switches dimmer position to control the smart lights. That's my guess at least. There may be an easier way that I don't know of.
