I just bought one of the cameras, it has a free cloud to use but only supports 3 cams.

I just bought one of the cameras, it has a free cloud to use but only supports 3 cams. It has SD card capabilities. If I choose to use that option can I access the card remotely like the cloud or do I have to pull the card to view the footage?
